Because each portrait is a unique, personalized item created just for you, we are unable to offer refunds or accept returns for change of mind. All sales of custom products are final.

We encourage you to review your selected style and uploaded photo carefully before finalizing your order.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

We will replace or refund products that are defective, damaged in transit, or if you received the incorrect item.
